The habit of playing games actually has numerous advantages that the habit of watching bad TV is lacking. According to latest study, playing puzzles or word games decreases the danger of Alzheimer disease while watching daytime television adds to the risk.
Although watching TV is totally exercise-free as you are required to only focus, overhear and eat something. Playing games require more regularly recalling that grey substance inside the head.
