Spring Cleaning
I drew this as a journal prompt for Journal 52: Spring Cleaning. I was having fun with my copic markers - I have been working on faces quite a bit lately, and am really enjoying playing with the facial tones, blending color combinations. I usually work with a fine black liner, but decided I would see what would happen if I just worked with the pens alone. I did my preliminary sketch with a prismacolor water soluble pencil in rose, which blends so nicely into the copics more than a regular pencil would. I love her side smirk!
