Happy Halloween
This is a postcard that I did for a Halloween postcard swap that we had with people who have signed up for my online classes....we have exchanges from time to time, and they are always wonderful!
I have been using watercolour paper lately for my cards...the paper really shows of the vibrancy of the Letraset pens!
These handsome models are on my mantle this time of year, in case you were wondering.
Autumn Border
A border in my journal. At this moment it sits alone on the page, waiting for the perfect autumn quote to join it...
I Bid you Welcome
In the spirit of the season, I am posting some pages that I have started in a copy of Bram Stoker's novel DRACULA that I am altering. It is a work in progress, and these pages that I am posting are far from complete...
I found a copy of this book at a garage sale, and spent most of the summer searching other garage sales and flea markets for pieces of broken jewelery, buttons, and other things that lent themselves to a vampire theme...and I am still searching! This project may take a while, but that is part of the fun....
Dracula Eye
Another page from my Dracula altered book. The page is torn, with the eye illustration set behind it.
I am a Vampire
Another 2 page spread from my Dracula altered book. Pen and Ink Lettering, window was drawn and coloured, and then pasted on top of page.
Addams Family Credo
A page from the Dracula Altered Book. Pen and Ink lettering, button from a garage sale.
Forever Exist
This is the inside back cover of my Dracula Altered Book. The medallion is set inside a niche that I cut out, and the lettering is pen and coloured pencil, on top of black acrylic paint.
