Inspired by some illustrations from a children's book that a young friend named Selina lent our family, I thought I would draw my version of a faerie....hope you like it, Selina!
A heartfelt space where creativity and grandmotherhood intertwine to support mental well-being. Through my art, crafts and writing, I honor the bonds of family, the power of friendship, and the beauty of memories, all while nurturing my own mental health. My mission is to inspire others to find peace and joy through creativity, rooted in the timeless values of family, remembrance, and the unique role of being a grandmother.

This was another attemp at collage on a 4x6 postcard. I loved how the colours turned out on this card!

This is a 4x6 postcard that I made for a swap. One of my first attempts at collage - not as easy as it looks! I was happy with the end result, I wanted it to have a soft, gentle feel.

I do not usually post artwork that is not my own, but in this case I had to make an exception. This was done for me by Diane Salter, who has taken my lettering classes. I think she is doing a FABULOUS JOB - don't you? Thanks again, Diane!
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you out there who have taken my online classes! Your support and enthusiasm means so much to me...a sincere thanks to you all.

Just something for fun - I took the image of the bears from a greeting card that I have saved for many years, because I loved it so much.
