Words to Inspire...
A page in my composition book journal. I used post-it notes to mask areas, and used chalks to make the frames for the various words.

Karma Chameleon
For Illustration Friday: Karma. My homage to Boy George, and the Eighties. Don't judge me.

Nash Metropolitan
For Illustration Friday: Metropolitan.
We went for a Sunday drive, and I was telling my husband how I had to draw something for this theme: all I could think of was a skyline, and as most of you may know, a skyline is not the type of thing I like to draw. "Maybe you are thinking too literal," my husband commented. A few minutes later, we passed a classic car "show and shine" in the parking lot of a local mall. We thought we would walk through and enjoy the summer sun a little longer. "What a cute car!" I commented, not knowing what type of car it was...then I read the sign - A NASH METROPOLITAN. Synchronicity? I think so!

Favourite Shirt
An everyday matters challenge - draw a piece of clothing. So I thought I would choose one of my favourite things to wear - I love the pattern on this shirt!
Recipe Page
This is my grid page, created from a "Recipe" from my Composition Art Journal Group - A great idea!
I used chalks instead of paint.

Todd's Midget
This is my entry for the Everyday Matters Challenge: "draw something old". My husband just purchased this car last week, and plans to restore it.
