Reflection

Reflection, originally uploaded by sapphire252.

This is a page I made for my "Vintage Grunge" deco. The baby is my grandmother, the small photo, my great-grandmother. I used "Crystal Effects" on the small photo, as well as over my lettering of "Reflection" to make them look like they are under glass.

Great page, and I want to make a suggestion for your next page. Coffee grounds are great for antiquing paper. Try it on Watercolor paper. It really make your stuff look vintage. Use a piece of at least 90lb paper for it to be able to handle the moisture. Take the coffee filter while it is still warm and turn it over so the grounds hit the paper. Rub the paper with the grounds. It will rough up the the paper and pit the surface so you get irregularities that are effective. I encouraged you to do the filter thing at least twice letting it dry in between.

Your pages have great colors and the embellishments are perfect.

This is going to be a perfect addition to your Vintage Grunge book! I can't wait to see the whole thing once it's completed!
